Selecting and Using a Template for a Message

Instead of formatting your message yourself, you can choose from an assortment of pre-configured message templates for messages.  Once selected, you can enter content into the template to create your message. 

To select and use a template for a message, complete the following:

  1. Open the Correspondence application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Messages tab.
    The Messages|Search page appears.
  3. Search for or create the message you want to work with.

  4. Select the Build tab.
    The Messages|Build page appears.
  5. Click  .
    The Content Templates light box appears.
  6. If you do not want to replace the actual contents on the existing page and add the template at the position of your cursor, unselect the 'Replace actual contents' check box.
  7. Select one of the templates.
    The build message section populates with the selected template.
  8. Enter the appropriate information in the build message section.
