Inserting a Page Break in an Article

You can enter a page break into an article that will help break up the article for the purposes of printing. This can be used in cases where you want to mail coupons or printed flyers to the recipients.

To insert a page break into an article, complete the following:

  1. Open the Content Management application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Articles tab.
    The Articles|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the article that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Content Management Articles-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Articles|Basic page appears.
  4. Select the Text tab.
    The Articles|Text page appears.
  5. Place the cursor at the point in the article where you want to insert the page break.
  6. Click on the Insert Page Break for Printing icon ().
    A page break is inserted into the article.
