Deleting an Article

If you have created an article erroneously, or no longer need the article, you can delete the article.

Once an article has been deleted, it will no longer exist in the AudienceView system. You will also lose all article information as a result. If the article is on-calendar, you will not be able to delete the article. For more information, refer to Managing Article Calendar Entries.

To delete an article, complete the following:

  1. Open the Content Management application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Articles tab.
    The Articles|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the article you would like to delete. For more information, refer to the Content Management Articles-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Articles|Basic page appears.
  4. Click 'Delete'.
    A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the article.
  5. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application deleted the article.
  6. Click 'OK'.
