Checking a Seat’s Ticket Usage Status

AudienceView allows you to track which tickets have been used to gain access to a performance from which AudienceView Access Control was used to scan tickets and record their numbers. A ticket’s status can be one of the following, depending on your organization Access Control configuration:

  • Printed
  • Cancelled
  • Used (In)
  • Used (Out)
  • Re-entered
On the Order|Seats|Seats page, seats are displayed for only one performance at a time. To view seats for a different performance click on that performance’s summary header.

To check ticket usage for a particular order’s seat(s):

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Orders tab.
    The Order|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the order that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
    The Order|Summary page appears.
  4. Select the Seats tab.
    The Order|Seats|Seats page appears.
    The tickets status is displayed in the 'Status' column:
