You can customize several components within AudienceView Online sales to meet your organization’s needs. These components include field labels, buttons and messages.
Most labels used within AudienceView Online, can be customized using the AudienceView Registry application. For more information on using the Registry, refer to Registry Application.

Information
Modifications made to business or collections objects within the Registry affect all AudienceView interfaces. To make modifications to these nodes only within AudienceView Online, modify the corresponding Application Security application User|Attributes or Group|Attributes page. To locate a node in Application Security, find the corresponding Business Object or Collection Object and typically the node name reflects the same structure from the Registry. For example, TSticketBO::Customer::Customer Class would be Customer Customer Class under the TSticketBO. Displays 3-D Secure related labels when an applicable payment method is used.
- accountHeader.inc
Displays the account header across all of the My Account pages.

Displays the various options within My Account (e.g. Ticket History, Offers, Friends).

Displays the Logout and Help buttons throughout the site.

You can customize the error and warning messages, used exclusively by AudienceView Online at anytime. These messages are located in the Registry application Registry::EN::Application::Online::Messages node.

The Billing Info page where customers verify their address/contact information and select a payment method for a particular order before it is created.
- redeemOffer.asp:
The Redeem Offer page that displays when customers are adding offers to orders.
- reservationConfirm.asp
The Reservation Summary page that displays when customers have successfully made an online reservation.
- shoppingCart.asp
The Shopping Cart page that displays all of the items that customers have selected to purchase on the current order. Customers reach this page whenever they add an item to the current order or click Shopping Cart in the upper right-hand corner.

The Seat Map page that displays customers' selected seats when they click on Show Seats from the shoppingCart.asp page.
- viewOrder.asp
The Order Summary page that displays once an order has been completed. It contains the order information, confirmation number and the 'Printer-Friendly' print button.
